Harvey John is currently looking to recruit an HR Officer to be based in Sittingbourne, Kent. Working in the retail sector, the HR Officer will report directly to the HR Manager and support the delivery of an effective generalist HR function to all areas of this new operation. This is a great position for a self motivated HR professional of graduate calibre to develop their HR skills and provide good technical knowledge and competences in all areas of people management. Applicants will ideally be CIPD qualified with exposure to either a retail or distribution environment, possess a good analytical and problem solving mind, be flexible in a 24/7 operation, team player, effective at building working relationships and acquire excellent communication and influencing skills.
