A small firm in Kent are seeking a Practice Manager to work part-time at their office in Dover. The firm is looking for an experienced Practice Manager who will be able to deal with regulation and compliance issues, business planning, marketing, IT and HR. The chosen candidate will be responsible for ensuring the continuation of Lexcel accredited standards which involves client care, case management and risk management. Legal cashier experience will not be required; however, some financial knowledge is necessary. It is expected that the candidate will be required to work 3 days per week although this may be flexible. The hourly rate will be open to negotiation and therefore the salary that has been set should be viewed as a guide.
